I was born in Portland, Oregon and grew up in Sandy, Oregon. I graduated from Sandy Union High School in 1994. I gave birth to my first child, Nathaniel, when I was 23 yrs. Old, in 1998. I knew that I was interested in Massage Therapy when I was in high school, by everyone wanting me to massage their feet. I didn’t really think about pursuing this career until my current job was about to lay everyone off. I started school at Ashmead College in Tigard, Oregon in October of 2005. I was working nights and going to school full time during the day. I not only attended classes for massage therapy, but I also earned my Aromatherapy Certification Certificate, by attending Spa classes at Ashmead College as well. It became very tiring for me, but my job ended soon there after, in February of 2006. I was able to collect unemployment for the rest of the year under the states program where if you lose your job and are pursuing another job that includes training or school to obtain that new career, you can get paid while doing so. It was a life saver and a stress reliever. I graduated from Ashmead College on September 16, 2006. I took the required tests to obtain my Washington State massage license and was licensed soon afterwards.

Soon after I was licensed to practice massage, I learned that I was pregnant and knew that it was going to be awhile before I started to practice massage. I know several people who have practiced massage while they were pregnant, but because I have high risk pregnancies, I decided not to massage yet. In the past, we had lost two babies back to back, so we weren't going to take any chances this time around. In August of 2007, my daughter Alexis was born.

I started my mobile massage business six weeks later, and have been going strong ever since. I practiced as a mobile massage unit for about six months, until I was able to obtain an in-call office. I started my in-call massage business in January 2008. Since I have started my in-call office, I really haven't done much mobile massage.

I advertise exclusively on Craigslist.com, which is free to use and don't have the need to advertise anywhere else at the moment. I am very thankful for all of the clients who have found me on their website.

A little more about me, in depth....my favorite color is purple, I love people, am a laid back person, love going to the beach in Bandon, OR to escape from everyday life and to relax. I love to play sports rather than watch them, including football...and no sissy flag or touch football either..LOL! I have a good sense of humor, love life and love to laugh. If you ever need to just vent, email me...I am a good listener and will only give advice if you ask me for some.
